PRELUV - the pun from "already loved once" is more than just the brand name. PRELUV is a statement - for the love of vintage fashion and the value and style of every woman's wardrobe. "PRELUV - in love with vintage fashion" therefore stands for second-hand fashion, bags, accessories and more for all fashion-conscious women with a love for second-hand fashion. The advantages of PRELUV for fahionistas are on the mouse pointer: on PRELUV fashion lovers can find the offers of the best vintage fashion shops - and without clicking from page to page they can compare collection items and prices and shop comfortably.

1. Which articles can I buy on PRELUV?
On PRELUV you will find everything about vintage fashion and second-hand products for fashion-conscious and style-conscious women and mothers, great designer bags, fashionable accessories, hip brand shoes and much more for fashionistas with a love for vintage fashion.
2. How do I buy if I like an item?
If you like an item and you want to buy it, click on the button "To the shop" on the article page of the respective product and you will be forwarded directly to the vendor shop, where the payment process will also be handled. There you simply follow the instructions or the order process to buy the item and the great unique piece is yours.
3. What are the shipping costs?
Each of our connected partner sites has its own specifications regarding shipping and the associated costs. Therefore we refer for the exact dispatch conditions to the respective partner sides. There you will find detailed information in the corresponding category. In general, we at PRELUV can say that all our partner sites attach great importance to customer service and do everything to bring the goods to you as quickly as possible.
4. When will I receive my purchased item?
Just as with the shipping costs, the respective partner sites are responsible for this and you will find detailed information on the respective pages. We at PRELUV know that each partner site linked here attaches importance to a fast and comfortable delivery of your new favourite piece.
5. What do I do if I do not like an item or it does not fit. Do I have a right to return it?
In such unfortunate case, please contact the seller, i.e. the respective online shop connected to PRELUV. They will help you individually with the topic of return policy.
6. How do I find the right item size?
Usually, the article sizes stated on the partner sites are directly posted by the seller. If you are unsure about a size specification, you can either contact the respective partner site directly or you can look up the size tables on this page. There it is also explained exactly which sizes correspond to which body measurements. Sometimes you can also find information about how a product looks like in the description of the individual vintage pieces.

Selling on PRELUV
1. I want to sell my (pre)loved clothes. Can I do it at PRELUV?
At the moment we at PRELUV do not yet offer the possibility to put your own Preloved products online and sell them. Until we'll do it, you can do it at any of our connected partner shops, where you will find marked areas for sale or you can put your vintage pieces online to find a new fashionable owner for them. After you have offered your garments for sale on one of our partner sites, most of them will automatically be listed on PRELUV. Our current partner sites can be found in the "Partner sites" section on the PRELUV homepage.
